1. ICGS SHOOR (Indian Coast Guard)

• Client: Indian Coast Guard (Commissioned at Goa Shipyard Ltd)

• Project Duration: 10.04.2019 – 01.09.2019

• Scope of Work: Complete overhaul of pump system.

• Description: ICGS Shoor, the second Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) in the series of six, is a 105-metre indigenously built ship fitted with advanced navigation, communication, and weaponry systems. Maintenance works included complete pump system overhauling: casing removal, gauging, part renewal, impeller cleaning, replacement of seals and bearings, balancing of rotating assembly, alignment, and trial runs. This ensured extended service life, operational reliability, and readiness for continued deployment.

2. MFV YELLOW FIN (Fishing Vessel, MMSI: 419900400)

• Client: Private / Fishing Fleet (Repair at Goa Shipyard Ltd)

  • 521188, dated 02.06.2020 (Generator Overhaul)

• Project Duration:

  • 30.07.2020 – 13.12.2020 (Propeller shaft & propeller works)

• Scope of Work: Propeller shaft inspection & polishing, generator overhaul.

• Description: The 36-metre fishing vessel underwent vital repair and maintenance, including propeller shaft maintenance (inspection, clearance check, polishing of blades) and generator overhaul (cleaning, varnishing, and servicing). These works ensured safe operations, efficiency, and extended vessel life.

3. INS TARANGINI (Indian Navy)

• Client: Indian Navy (Repair at Goa Shipyard Ltd)

  • 502466, dated 18.05.2017 (Bearing & seals fitment)

  • 502499, dated 26.07.2017 (Main engine & shaft replacement)

  • 502495, dated 25.07.2017 (Hydraulic brakes refitting)

  • 502503, dated 02.08.2017 (Anchor windlass & mooring winch repair)

  • 502504, dated 02.08.2017 (AC & refrigeration works, heat exchanger coil, piping)

  • 502616, dated 21.02.2018 (Compressor overhaul, pump rewinding)

• Project Duration: 13.05.2017 – 23.08.2017, with further works continuing through 2018.

• Scope of Work: Engine replacement, refrigeration systems, anchor & winch repair, compressor & pump works.

• Description: INS Tarangini, the Indian Navy’s sail training ship, underwent comprehensive mechanical and system repairs. Works included refrigeration plant servicing, compressor overhauling, anchor windlass repairs, hydraulic system refit, and replacement of main engine and shaft. These ensured mechanical reliability, crew safety, and optimal training operations.

4.PRANJALI (Mumbai Port Trust)

• Client: Mumbai Port Trust

• Work Orders: DCR/MRC/PL-PRANJALI and DC/MR/W-23 of 2021, dated 27.08.2021

• Scope of Work: Supply & installation of spares, electrical rewiring, main engine overhauling, gearbox servicing.

• Description: Pranjali underwent essential repair and maintenance at Mumbai Port Trust. The works ensured the pilot boat’s operational readiness and safety for pilotage duties.

5. SANKALP

• Client: Chowgule Shipyard Ltd

• Work Order No.: WO20-1039, dated 19.02.2021

• Scope of Work: Structural and operational restoration.

• Description:Sankalp underwent essential ship repair works to restore seaworthiness and maintain safe operations.

6. AJINKYA

• Client: Mumbai Port Trust

• Work Order No.: DC/MCR/W-34/21-22, dated 23.02.2022

• Scope of Work: Ballast system repair and associated essential works.

• Description: The tug Ajinkya underwent ballast cum repair works, restoring its ballast system and ensuring continued operational readiness.

7. SCI PANNA (Chowgule Shipyard Ltd)

• Client: Shipping Corporation of India (at Chowgule Shipyard Ltd)
