The position also requires adhering to safety protocols at all times during shipyard and industrial work to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
No formal degree required.
Short-term courses in mechanical, welding, or marine trades will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in ship construction and repair (preferred but not mandatory).
Physically fit to handle lifting, carrying, and assisting in technical work.
Willingness to learn marine and industrial engineering operations.
