About the Role
The role involves working on marine, mechanical, and industrial projects, including installation, alignment, repairs, and overhauling of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment on-site. Perform routine inspections and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Coordinate with engineers and supervisors during installation and testing.
Requirements
ITI certification in Fitter trade (mandatory).
0–3 years of relevant work experience (freshers with strong technical skills will also be considered).
Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and measuring instruments.
Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions.
Good physical stamina and willingness to work on-site (shipyards, workshops, or industrial plants).
Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
